Do you offer a warranty?

Do you manufacture your lights
We manufacture some of the parts used in our lights. But many of the electronics such as the drivers and LED components are sourced from China and Vietnam. Also several of our assembly teams are based in China and Vietnam. This helps us keep the cost down. We have dedicated employees onsite to ensure quality. Finally, the owner, Jack Yeager spends a significant amount of time onsite to ensure quality and process timelines are met.
Do you offer returns?
It depends on how customized the lights are. If we can resell them to another developer or the general population, we will work with if necessary.
What is your discount for developers?
Discounts depend on the size of the order and or the amount of orders made over a period of time. But you can expect discounts that range from 35%-40%.
How do you ship products
Depending on the lights and your needs lights may arrive by ship and or plane. We use our Just-In-Time Delivery process to make sure you get the lights when you need them.
Do you offer customized products
Absolutely. Full or semi customization is our specialty. We work directly with manufactures to make specific enhancements our customers request.
ABOUT US
The company is lead by Jack Yeager who earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Lawrence Technological University. Jack pursued commercial real estate upon graduation but was facinated by software design in early 1990. He received a patent on a system he designed in 2000.
Jack purchased a distressed software business in 2010 that provided regulatory services in the pharmaceutical indsutry, with teir one clients such as Pfizer, GSK, Johnson & Johnson and other top 20. It is here where Jack spent two years implemententing DEV OPS - a higly disiplined process of developing and deploying code. He is now implementing these practices in the development of lights and products for interiors.
Upon existing this business he sailed mostly solo over 20,000 miles on the oceans including an Atlantic Ocean crossing, a trip through the Panama Canal and an exciting, and almost deady trip to Alaska. Jack now spends most of his time improving existing lighting products on the market and developing new products. He travels the world on behalf of his clients to ensure innovation, quality and price.
