1 Year Anniversary Update - A Challenging but Good Year

Dear Haus Members,

I hope you are finding time to enjoy the last days of spring with your loved ones. It has been a year since we acquired Haus of Interiors, and I wanted to share an update on our progress, challenges, and future plans.

Expansion and Growth

Since its founding in the UK, Haus of Interiors relied almost entirely on local revenue. However, on February 1, 2024, we officially expanded into the USA, establishing locations in Miami and Philadelphia. In just three months, the USA now accounts for about 40% of our total revenue—a fantastic start!

In the UK, we relocated to a larger facility near Oxford, allowing us to manage inventory and returns more efficiently.

Enhancing Your Shopping Experience

To improve your experience, we have introduced several new online platforms and tools aimed at enhancing customer support, tracking, and returns. These tools are designed to make your interactions with us smoother and more efficient. While some have been well-received, others are under review and may be discontinued after initial testing. Managing communications across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and Email has been challenging, but we have made significant progress. Rest assured, more improvements are on the way to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.

International Ventures

As the owner, I have traveled extensively to Italy, Spain, France, the UK, the USA, and China, attending four international light shows in search of new products. One memorable moment was discovering an innovative LED light in Italy, which perfectly aligns with our mission for sustainable and beautiful lighting. I am thrilled to announce that we have over 50 new products set to launch in the coming months. Lighting technology is rapidly evolving, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this transformation, especially with the advancements in low voltage LED lights.

Future Plans
